Bitcoin and crypto payments may need some time to be fully confirmed
Always use your full virtual numbers in international format. Take care to set the international format with the right country your virtual number is from.
Make a test call from a real phone
Send a test SMS from your real mobile device
Send a test fax from a real fax device
Please make sure you have credits in your account to receive e.g. calls to your phone number
If you need verification codes from third parties, try to receive a call on your number instead of a SMS
