Payment Subscription

Blacktel offers payment subscriptions (auto recurring payments) with Paypal, Apple and Google IN-APP subscription and Card.

Please keep in mind that we separated payment subscriptions and phone number subscriptions

With a payment subscription you top-up Blacktel credits automatically each month. The payment subscription did not affect any phone number in your account. You need to explicit set your phone number to auto renew (subscription), so your credits get used to keep your number.

Cancel payment subscription

You can cancel your payment subscription at any time!

• Paypal: Please log in to your Paypal account. Click Settings -> Payments -> Manage pre-approved payments -> Cancel or Cancel automatic billing. Read more about or click on this link.
• Apple: You can cancel and manage your Apple IN-APP payment subscription. Open the Settings app -> tab your name -> tap Subscriptions. (If you don't see "Subscriptions," tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.) -> Tap the subscription that you want to manage -> Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew. Or simply follow this link on your Apple device
• Google: Open Google Play Store app -> tap the menu button and go to subscriptoins -> find the subscription you want to cancel and select it -> tab cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions. Or simply follow this link on your Android device or Browser
