Plans for adding Credits

You can add credits to your account on an one-time-basis or create an auto recurring payment.

With a subscription plan on your virtual number and an auto recuring payment you can easily keep your number active. Monthly recurring payments are on a 24 Days basis, so you are save to have enough credits in your account when your number needs to be renewed.

By default, virtual numbers expire after 25 days


Plans for virtual numbers

When adding a virtual number to your account, you can choose between a Prepaid or Subscription Plan.

Our Prepaid Plan means that you pay as you go. Your virtual numbers will not be automatically renewed. You can choose for yourself how long you want to use a number and can renew it yourself if you want to use it longer.

But please be careful, as expired numbers cannot be renewed again.

With our Subscription Plan, you do not have to take care of anything. We will renew your virtual phone numbers for you. You can cancel your subscription after each month. There are no hidden fees or costs.

Please make sure to add enough credits to your account, so we can renew your virtual number automatically.


Pricing for virtual numbers

The prices for our virtual numbers depend on

  • the country of the number
  • the preferred service (e.g. Calls, SMS, Calls+SMS, Fax ...)
  • the duration of the use
An UK or US virtual number with the SMS feature, for example, costs €10 per month.

Pricing for using your virtual numbers

Virtual numbers with the Call service:

  • Inbound calls: Depending on the country, an inbound call starts at € 0,05 per minute.
  • Outbound calls: Prices for your outgoing calls depend on your recipient’s location. Please take a look here to find a detailed list with the prices per minute for each country and region.

Virtual numbers with the SMS service:

  • Inbound SMS: All inbound SMS are free of charge for all our virtual numbers
  • Outbound SMS: Text-messages are € 0.20 per message worldwide with all virtual numbers that are SMS enabled

Virtual numbers with the Fax service:

  • Inbound Fax: All incoming fax documents are free of charge for virtual numbers that are fax enabled
  • Outbound Fax:: Sending fax documents with your virtual number starts at € 0.10 per page
