With what devices I can use my Blacktel?

You can use your Blacktel with our free Software running on iOS, Android, in your Browser or as Desktop App. Each device have here own pro's and con's. You are free to switch between any device at anytime. However, it can come to some limitations when you use your Blacktel virtual phone at the very same time within multiple devices.


Limitations on incoming calls

In general please do not use Blacktel at the same time on multiple devices when you want to receive incoming calls.

When you are logged in on multiple devices or use multiple tabs in your Browser - at the same time - your Blacktel phone will only ring where you were seen last.


Blacktel on iOS

You can download our free Blacktel iOS App for iPhone and iPad from the Appstore. Enable the push features for messages and calls, so Blacktel works in the background, even if you get an incoming call.


Blacktel on Android

You can download our free Android App from Google Play. Enable the push features for messages and calls, so Blacktel works in the background, even if you get an incoming call.


Blacktel Web

You can use our standalone Phone in any modern Browser. Please enable microphone, speaker and browser notifications to get the best experience out of the Blacktel web phone.

If you run in some issues its always a good start to

  • Update your Browser to the latest version
  • Restart your Browser and PC
  • Clean cache for the Blacktel web phone
